So I disconnected the battery in the truck for 15 minutes (Seems that fixes a lot) and I have not had the problem since except when the wife has her key and I have mine in the front seat.

The car is recognizing the fob because the door handle touch functions for lock and unlock work and the push button start on the dash works fine too, and it shows the red key in use. It's just the remote functions that aren't working. Someone on the Hellcat FB group suggested disconnecting the battery to reset to factory settings.
